Saturday, 4/4/09 marked the 3rd observance of Kiwanis One Day, a day when
Kiwanis and its family of clubs worldwide join forces with their communities
for a day of hands-on-service.
Our club members spent the morning cleaning up the Clifford Stocker Memorial
Parkside turn-about located south-end of Gladstone. This park was
originally dedicated by Kiwanis Club of Gladstone-Oakgrove back in 1974.
This years participants included President Marcia Burns, Larry Burns, Dwayne

The families of Kiwanis worldwide come together & contribute more than a
million hours of community service in a single day.
